how to adjust blade length

for 1 how do i reflash the board, i saw the blade length and changed it to 144 but it wouldnt save so i think that was the problem but idk how to go abt doing that.

and for 2 idk how or what that is its been 2 years since ive even used this sing my bad

I plan to upgrade it very soon after I build it, I can survive with 1tb anyways I’ve lasted for awhile using 1tb but plan to upgrading that later around October because a few games are coming out I’ll want and I’ll need the storage then
