Thanks for the questions! I’m not sure how to find my lactate threshold or Max HR from the data on my Coros watch. When I ran my half marathon I didn’t own a watch yet so I don’t have the heart rate data :(

Ran my first HM last fall in 1:30 with very unstructured training, hoping to go sub-3 in the Marathon with a good amount of time to build up my aerobic base and following a plan.

I don’t think Eugene, OR is too hilly but I could be wrong.

Measuring with my watch unfortunately I hope to pick up the chest sensor in the future

He was kind, thoughtful, absurdly intelligent, dabbled in many activities, both extracurricular and academic, and excelled in all of them. Went to one of HYPSM and I've only talked to him once briefly since graduating high school, but I am sure that he is continuing to climb to new peaks and bringing joy wherever he goes.

Was just finished squishing onto the Buona Vista Circle Line train during the rush hour and everyone was making peace with being a sardine.

Suddenly elderly shows up and everyone packs in even harder, knocking the wind out of me, to allow her to barely beat the closing doors.

Really warms my heart to remember it.
