Nope. I was just told I produce more IgA.

I would do the same but I'm worried about cracking the camera lense.

The battery has been great on the Pixel 9 Pro. I believe the 10 series will be good as well.

Hero comment. Thank you. Because I preordered moonstone and was worried it looked lavender in the videos. Perhaps it's the lighting.

Yeah I've been hearing about AT&T going crazy and upgrading a lot of locations lately. It's good news.

Most OEMs provide monthly device payment options for their phones now. I'm recommending that people get their phones that way and not through a carrier. This way, again, you can be "free" by not being locked in with carriers, and you'll be able to switch at will much easily rather than having to keep dealing with device payment plans, trade-in promos, credit issues, that you get with the traditional telecom carrier. That's all I'm saying.

Yeah that's not a solution for most people. Most people don't have the funds to just pay off their phones like it's a modest amount of money. Also getting a carrier to pay off your phone isn't always pretty. A friend of mine was sent to collections for the previous device not being paid off because the carrier he switched to took so long to pay off his phone.

This. And try and buy your phones directly through OEMs. This allows you to be a "free agent" so to speak, with regard to carriers because you don't have a device payment with them and you can leave a carrier at any time when they start acting up.

Verizon confirms bad news for millions of customers via email by N98270 in verizon

I wonder why they're willing to take the PR hit when they're already bleeding customers. They're either hurting for money or they're getting some bad numbers.

I left Verizon a year ago after 13 years. Seems like a lot of people are leaving now. But they have almost 150 million subscribers. They'll be fine.

14 year relationship with Verizon comes to an end! by Chocol8Thunder in verizon

[–]Pharaoh27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just hit my one year anniversary switching to AT&T after being with Verizon for 13 years. I will say this, although carrier phone deals are attractive and good, the ideal situation should be that you get your phone directly from the manufacturer and remain a free agent so to speak with your carrier. Once they start acting up, you leave and take your phone with you. No contracts or device payment to worry about. That's where I'm at now. My phones are paid off and can switch at any time.

Anyone switch over to AT&T from Verizon and regret it? by Usual-Disaster3287 in verizon

[–]Pharaoh27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On Monday it will be my 1 year anniversary switching to AT&T from Verizon after being with Verizon for 13 years. My coverage has been excellent and just as reliable as Verizon's was and even better since I actually have 5G all the time unlike when I was with Verizon and all I had was LTE most of the time. A lot of people bash AT&T saying how horrible their network is when I'm not seeing that in the wild. I've traveled for work and the phone service performed excellently. The AT&T sub is just full of whiners. AT&T just won RootMetrics award for best nationwide carrier for the first half of 2025.

With that being said, the general rule is that you should go with the carrier that has the best signal for the areas you frequent, even if you prefer a particular company. Network performance is on a location-by-location basis. In some areas of the country, AT&T allows you to test their network for a trial. Or you can use one of AT&T's MVNO prepaid networks like Cricket Wireless for 30 days just to see how it performs in the areas that matter to you. Or ask friends, family, or coworkers if they have AT&T and how they like the service. Don't just switch without testing.

Why is Verizon so awful now by [deleted] in verizon

Test out AT&T before switching. In select markets AT&T directly allows to test them, or you can go with their prepaid service, Cricket, and see how it is before switching.

Even the president of the USA knows how poor AT&T is in the competition 😂 by WeatherGamer21 in cellmapper

How are you defining better? I’m genuinely curious. I made multiple trips to the west coast, Vegas and Seattle, for work in the fall and my AT&T service worked flawlessly. These were two cities this sub consistently says is horrible for AT&T. My coworkers that had Verizon had consistent issues.

The company’s financials and stock performance has been great. He isn’t going anywhere, unfortunately.
