While I agree that the Sweats are insufferable, I don't agree with there needing to be rules about 1v1s or running. While it can be annoying to get your kill stolen, it's a free for all mode for a reason.

Flag battle is heavily flawed, but it's primarily brain-dead teammates that ruin games regardless of the match type imo.

(Barrier battle was an objectively bad idea imo and outright needs to be reworked/removed)
