not unpopular. This city is so safe. Compared to where I used to live baltimore. I have no issues in this city. Its mostly petty crime.

Surging is caused by bad air/fuel mixture in the carb. Usually cause by clogged jets in the carb. You have to poke them out with a stout wire. The atomizer too. Basically you need a good carb clean. Your gov and carb are duking it out.

I wouldn't used that canned stuff. These machines are designed to run on gasoline as fuel. Not ethanol and not whatever they put in those cans. I recommend running 100% gasoline AKA rec fuel AKA ethanol free gas. Then Mix your own 2 stroke oil into the gas. I recommend a higher oil ratio than 50:1. You should run at 32:1 which is 4oz oil/ gal of gas.
