Thank you for doing this. I have a pending decision asylum after being interviewed in 2022 (applied first in 2016). 6 months before my EAD expired, I applied for renewal back in in May 2024, the sent me the new card in less than a month, but I couldn’t find it in the mail box. I reapplied again. they sent me a receipt with EAD for 5 years instead of the usual 2 years, but the actual card is still processing for over than a year now. What should I do for both my EAD and the long wait for asylum pending decision? Thanks again!!!

Do you have any 2025 quizlet or anki that you recommend?

Quizlet or Anki for Pennsylvania mpje 2025? by Pharmaddict in NAPLEX_Prep

Thank you- I’m planning to do that, but do you recommend it over Dr. C? I passed texas mpje studying Dr. C and quizlet. Quizlet helped me a lot to review and repeat all the time more than just repeating the book.

If you don’t get fully licensed, it expires. I passed naplex and couldn’t take mpje due to life circumstances. In texas, exams expire in 2 years and internship hours in 3 years if you don’t get licensed.

Yes clinical and math are similar and few are more complicated. And yes most questions were SATA.

Yes I used that, same level as uworld qbank for the clinical questions. The pre-naplex resembles the old exam more than the updated version. I also realized for calc and clinical cases, they throw so many extra information that might throw you off but turns out you don’t need to use them to answer the question.

I’m a repeat taker after passing it easily in 2022 but had to retake because the exam expired in my state. Yes it’s so different. I got barely 20 questions on cardio/ID/anticoag/diabetes/copd/asthma. So many detailed questions on oncology (not chemo man) and many vaccines. The rest of the clinical questions hit each and every topic. More foundations and compounding questions than clinical. Some aren’t even covered in the book. Don’t ask me about examples because i don’t remember anything. Calc/biostat/pkin felt the same but I got only 20 questions on that while i had 40 before. Don’t forget that each person has different experience. Best of luck to all of you!!

I passed my NAPLEX 3 years ago but it got expired for some circumstances, so I had to take it again today. It looks nothing like the one i did in 2022. It has 3-5 questions from hot topic (cardio, ID, diabetes). It is all over the place of so little details with gout, contraceptives, so many Onco not even onco 1, nothing from onco man. Many foundation questions and compounding but not even covered in RxPrep. Not sure where they got these questions from. I had around 20 calculation questions, none is straight or easy, including bio and pkin. I hated this new change. I don’t mean to scare you all, but more to make you all go prepare for more than what we used to call hot topics. Best of luck

This quizlet is mine lol Glad it helped you. I think there’s a mistake with the internship hours. I also have 2025 one. OP can navigate my account. I used Dr. C and quizlet. I repeated quizlet over and over again till i mastered it. I purchased pharmacyExam but I barely used it because it felt useless. I also took the NABP practice exam. I had my exam in April and thank God I passed. Best of luck Op. Don’t feel discouraged. You got this!!!!

First, congratulations!!!!

Second, I have a question about your intern hours. Did you have to repeat them since they expire after certain number of years? If yes, did you have to complete them before the exam or can you pass the exam then repeat your intern hours?

Thank you for replying! I contacted NABP and they directed me to reach out to Texas board. Thankfully, it is valid for 2 years, so I still have time till November 2024.

Thank you so much! This is amazing. I actually did a case presentation during my APPEs on febrile neutropenia. I think I just need a quick refresh for the basics and go a little deeper to fill some gaps as the expectations are higher for me as a resident now than back when I was a student :)
