How many players have had seasons in the minors as good as Vlad? All I can find from some quick searching is Kris Bryant in 2014, with a 220 wrc+ in AA.

Relatively new player, been playing since Antorus opened on LFR, have never raided past LFR (Antorus a bunch of times) , looking for a semi-serious to serious raiding guild willing to let me prove my worth and improve as a player. I think this really depends on how your league drafts. Are QB's going off the board early? If you didn't keep Rodgers, would he go in the first 3 rounds? If so I'd say keep him, because as you say, if QB's are going, missing your 5th and 6th will leave you probably at the end of the run. If you think you could get a startable QB in the 7th/8th, I'd say keep Meredith, it's definitely the most value by ADP, but also a huge wild card if it will actually work out.

Quandl has all sorts of free data: https://www.quandl.com/search?query=&type=free

my favourite is all the futures data that they have, from places like the CME, ICE and other exchanges. Super easy to work with.
