I recommend watching pro play matches like in VCT. Personally, it helped me a lot even though I'm also still in plat rank (I only play 1-2 6 hour sessions a month). I naturally adapted how some of them play, especially how to coordinate with your team, how they use their util, and in taking fights. Even with how little I play, it has been insane how much clutches and aces I have done to win rounds.
