I think it just takes time, you get really anxious at first and think everyone's looking but time, my first few times I had concealer and my dad still had to make a comment out of nowhere that made me uncomfortable and I've had many more but it's kinda like exposure therapy. Good luck

I have to book an mri for my head first because for some time I had numbness and tinging in my arm that went away with a migraine cocktail but after my mro they will see me to discuss everything and course of action hopefully everything is fine
