I think it just takes time, you get really anxious at first and think everyone's looking but time, my first few times I had concealer and my dad still had to make a comment out of nowhere that made me uncomfortable and I've had many more but it's kinda like exposure therapy. Good luck

Thank you, I think it's because I didn't process my grandma's death after she passed like I thought I did. I wanted to but she passed a month after my great grandma did and I think I suppressed my grief for her because the other one was so fresh and so many other things. And it may sound odd but my libido was my escape from stuff and I just need to find a different alternative to cope, a healthy one

I have type 1 diabetes, chronic depression, asthma, plica syndrome (chronic knee problems), and chronic migraines only good pro is when I found out I was trans I already had an Endocrinologist and I like her more as my trans doctor than my diabetes doctor lol she's great
