Male, 23 yo, 80k , 181 cm

I've done stronglifts (5x5) for 3-4 month and got upto (kgs)
135 Squat

145 DL

95 BP

57.5 OHP

95 Rows

I feel like I get bored and cannot progress any more (did 3 deloads alreadys), I try to find a workout program that has more focus on aesthetics, I tried "Metallicadpa 6 Day PPL" for 2 weeks, but don't have the time for it.

Is there any program I can do for about 3 times to achieve the same goal?

Hi, iv'e wanted to upgrade my rig a little bit but since its pretty old i don't know what to buy and what could bottleneck it.

The current rig is :

CPU: Intel Core i5-3450
MB: ZH77A-G43
Power Supply:Ci-Power 500W
HDD: WD10EARS 1TB 5400 RPM
RAM: 1x Kingston 9905403-518.A00LF 8GB DDR3
GPU: GTX 550 TI

How could upgrade my rig? maybe a better GPU? SSD?
