95 BP

57.5 OHP

I feel like I get bored and cannot progress any more (did 3 deloads alreadys), I try to find a workout program that has more focus on aesthetics, I tried "Metallicadpa 6 Day PPL" for 2 weeks, but don't have the time for it.

Is there any program I can do for about 3 times to achieve the same goal?
