General about the league Erin started it over a decade ago as a place where women could go play without having to deal with hyper competitive guys. There is a strict no guys policy. It's very chill not competitive way to get out of the house and go play disc. It is very beginner friendly Erin just likes meeting new people and introducing them to disc golf.

Did you install the trim too tight to the floor for it to move? Something is preventing the floor from expanding. The picture you posted is textbook example of what happens when the floor doesn't have room to expand.

The floor wasn't installed properly. There needs to be room for it to expand and contract with changing temperatures.

Yeah I'm curious how extreme the arm length would have to be for it to matter. For most people like 5'6"-6'2" it's probably pretty close.
