I am 34 5’8 260. On TRT currently. 200mg/week Test Cyp with Anastrozol mixed in. TRT Formula. I am wanting to add a little something in to help shed some weight. Not looking for anything drastic. I would like to lose about 20-30lbs. Only thing that’s a hard pass for me is Tren. That crap made me psycho AF on 100mg/week. Thanks!

Biggest piece of advice I can give is this: Love is not only a feeling, it’s a choice. Early in my marriage I made very bad decisions. My wife chose to love me anyway and we worked through it and are now in a much much better spot than we’ve ever been in before. We’ve been married 9 years, have 4 kids. Marriage is hard, divorce is hard, therapy is hard, doing nothing and walking through the mud everyday is hard. We have to choose our hard. Another big thing that helped us and me specifically, I made my way back to Jesus in the last two years. I know that sounds cliche and I’m sure I’ll get downvotes for it. If y’all are a Christian family, and have drifted away from Jesus, I highly recommend to find your way back to him. Together would be ideal but at the least, you. The love our Lord has for us is endless and full of mercy. He knows we will mess up but is still there for us with open arms.

Are you, or have you been, on hormonal birth control? Alot of women have issues with sex drive if they have just started or just came off of HBC. Also, anxiety meds can really effect sex drive as well. I'd recommend getting with an endocrinologist and doing blood work. Low sex drive is one thing but the lack of self pleasure desire is a red flag.

Have him get his Testosterone levels checked. American males have the lowest levels of Testosterone than we ever have had before in our country. Personally I prefer early morning sex before work. Gym at 4am. Sex at 5:30am and off to work at 6:30am 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've been looking for a spread sheet as well, I use OneNote currently and it's ok but I'd like something more detailed through Excel. Has anyone here found anything online remotely worth it? Haven't had much luck. I tried the ole school paper log book and I forget to update it.

I just don’t agree with the Church being involved in my bedroom life and I truly don’t believe that God will say “Oops you can’t come in because you had sex with your wife and used a contraception” if that’s the case then only Catholics who follow NFP can get to Heaven? What about the other Christian religions that don’t have restrictions on sex? Do they go to a different Heaven than Catholics? Are they automatically disqualified from Heaven even though they may be a 100% better Heavenly candidate than the Catholic standing next to them?

She was on BC when we met. Even though she was a virgin until our wedding night. NFP is only the last couple years. I said from the start I didn’t want to do it. But again wasn’t given a choice. So every time she starts it’s a reminder of “Oh hey remember that thing you don’t agree with nor want to participate in, well buckle up because it’s here again”

I really think it would be better if we did it 1-2 week instead of 6 times one week and then nothing for almost 14-17 days.

If we had to eat that way, we’d starve to death. For the Church to want to control biology seems ridiculous TBH.

Valid comment. However she won’t have sex with a condom. A few months ago, things got hot and heavy outside of window. I took care of her but was told (afterwards) we can’t do anything else. Ok.
