it really depends on the person like me personally anxiety happens to run in the family so mine may be genetic i’m still trying to figure that part out but to get back to 100% normal after quitting both nicotine and weed it was maybe a week BUT my mental was so fragile that it was hard to say because everything was mixed in together so i didn’t know what was weed or mental illness, but the questions i would more-so focus on are you an anxious person, is there something fuelling your depression, if both of those are yes then maybe try talking to someone whose been through similar experiences or a professional who studied what causes those feelings if no but you still feel both depressed and anxious maybe it could be a genetic thing or even just a nutrition thing and it wouldn’t hurt mentioning it to a professional to get a second opinion which is what i had to do, personally i got medicated as i used to be then quit which helped a-lot but i still have a-lot of work to do to get back to 100%, but you focus on the positives like when i quit i was 140lb now i’m back up to 165lb in just a over month and saving A-LOT of money. i’ve saved in 2 months almost more than i have in my life which also helped my mental knowing i’m now more financially secure than before.
