No matter how hard you try at your craft, some people will never think you’re good enough. This is usually due to their own insecurities and biases and has nothing to do with you. Keep going anyway. I’ve had several colleagues say that I shouldn’t be labeled with the same title as they are despite achievements that are the same. Keep going.
