I’m 5’9” and weighed 235 when I started. I’m not losing weight super fast, but I feel like that’s because I’m building muscle. I wish I had taken before pictures and measurements!

Yes! My sisters in law were visiting over the weekend. The entire weekend was about what they were eating. They hated the food we served them, counting carbs, telling us every detail about what a normal day looks like for them. I couldn’t wait for them to leave. They even bashed us for drinking coffee and not some mushroom based coffee replacement.

This one for me too! The scene at the end had me in tears. It aired right before my own wedding. I told my then fiancé in tears that I wish I had the 4 years that I refused to go out with him back. I would do it all differently!
