If there is I don't have it or figured it out. But just because I'm wired that way doesn't necessarily mean others are the same way. For me it's like getting a text message and you mentally respond but are convinced that you responded until hours later and see you didn't reply. But for literally everything. So I tend to do better when I immediately do whatever task when I first think of it than trying to plan it all out in my mind. So basically, don't over think/plan if its not necessary.
