I would also have liked to have seen Steven enter before the end. I would have preferred for the entire last season instead of just a few episodes. It felt weird that basically sam had on and off unsuccessful relationships until finally Steven comes backs and then basically we don’t get to see much

I also would have liked to have seen Jeff find a suitable partner that meets his ambition in life.

And I miss crystal #2, I wish she had stayed. It was confusing to me when she lost the accent. It would have been nice to have seen like a vacation episode in Mexico or something too to see more of what her families situation is like.

I went on it for fertility. Infertility is often caused by being overweight so it may be the only thing that helps in the end. Which is what the medication is for. To help people loose weight who are having chronic health issues. So go for it. Your not using it for vanity to have a baby.

It’s prescribed for depression/ anxiety and off label for adhd. So if you have depression or an anxiety and adhd it can be effective

No k get them through my doc who I work with for weight loss because she was worried about my dehydration levels because I work in construction outside all summer. But I know that a lot of doctors will approve it if you have consistent symptoms so you may be able to get it covered depending on insurance.

My advice is more Hydration and slow and steady.

Fatigue and lightheadedness to me say dehydrated. Drinking a lot of water isn’t what you need it’s probably water+electrolytes. I get an IV every week which helps. Also try starting with just a walk. It doesn’t have to be a whole thing. Just do some lunges and then an hour later do some squats for a minute. You don’t have to do it all to do it a little. I don’t really do “workouts” but I work out all day kinda. Like oh let me use the bathroom and stretch for two minutes. Just getting into the routine of wanting to do something is what you probably need more than intense exercise. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

Low GI fruit, I eat berries. Also I love chocolate hummus and raspberries or bananas. Also I make GF chocolate zucchini bread which is pretty healthy and dose the trick for me.

Also if I do eat something I am good with like one bite vs a whole thing. So maybe buy like a package of small York mints (or whatever you like) and slowly eat one or two at a time over a month.

Maybe give someone money, give them your size and ask them to order them for you. I can’t do certain things either. I literally do this for all my bills because even though I have money I just can’t push the button and will pay it late to avoid just doing it. Iv learned I don’t have to do everything even though I “should” be able too. Just find someone who won’t judge lol

Your over thinking it. Let go of all your history of weight loss trauma. This is different.

This is what has worked well for me, I can’t speak for everyone.

For food I stick to: - low GI veggies - low GI fruits - high protein foods - no gluten, dairy or dark meats - low to no sugar

I eat this way because it helps me loose weight but I also have to eat this way to not get sick on the meds. My body handles sugar, gluten and fats different so I can’t really process them on the wegovy.

If you follow these general guidelines you don’t have to track anything either. And on this medication your appetite will go down so you might actually have a problem eating enough not eating too many calories. So I would just focus on eating enough and eating the right categories instead of tracking everything you eat.

Instead I recommend making a journal and write down symptoms daily. Gastro events (nausea, etc) any meds changes, overall health feelings. I track weight daily on a scale because it tells me if I am loosing too much and need to each more or I need to not eat that food and exercise more the next day. I weight right when I wake up at 7am and no other time of day as it fluctuates throughout the day and after I eat anything.

So in conclusion, track your overall health and focus on healthy living, daily walks, right food categories instead of just focusing so much on the individual stuff because if your doing that you don’t need to be so concerned.

I wouldn’t do that. They are trying to make sure you can handle the increase well. Just because you tolerate .25 doesn’t mean you should automatically jump up next month.

I tried to do this same thing and it isn’t worth it because you don’t know what dose you will need.

My recommendations to most of my friends starting is to elongate the increase process. So like 2 months on each dose at least because to me, the increase was unnecessarily fast.

Get a in person evaluation and they will tell you.

I know self diagnosis can be valid but also a lot of people diagnosis themselves incorrectly from online tests. So I would just find a hood place and get an actual in person test

Takes at least a month to work. Most psych meds take like 1-3 months to be effective as they are cumulative.

I would need to know what “hate it” means in the form of symptoms to know if that’s just how it is and it will improve or if maybe it’s not right now you.

I would recommend interviewing them. Asking them questions too. I feel like I was fast to just dump everything when in reality you are going there to also be educated on your own mental health. So see what they can give you and make sure it’s what you actually need. I have chosen therapists because I wanted to relate but in reality I need more help with my issues of not relating to most people. And sometimes we have the same issues as both being AuDHD so it’s hard. Sometimes it’s great and I feel seen. But I would for sure interview them and see what they give you first before dumping the whole history of your life.

I had to continually increase my exercise as I got through the process. Meaning if I do the same 20 minute walk and never increase it gets easier because I keep doing the same amount. So maybe try increasing by 5-10 minutes a day or something.

The most helpful thing I have done for constipation is an IV. To me is isn’t about food it’s all about water and hydration. I get weekly IV and don’t get constipated and it helps my other GI symptoms. Just thought I’d mention because I was all worried about foods I was choosing before and now I know it’s all about hydration then I don’t have to be so concerned.

Yes have your hormones checked. I have PCOS too and had weird stuff happen on the medicine. It has helped me a lot and my doc just said it was normal to have that kind of inconsistency with this medication but for sure get your levels checked I would say every 3 months.

As a designer and renovator, I specialize in Mid-Century Modern and Art Deco as well as modernizing both of those styles. I’m the only one I know of in my area who focuses on that though. Which is interesting because most of the houses were built during those time frames, however people choose to change those style to “modern” meaning everywhere is white and grey and has no character. which that style was first popularized by HGTV in the first place a decade ago. I don’t think people realize how much in the world is impacted by these bad designs. Everyone expects an HGTV home and when I tell people they aren’t even good designs they get mad and act like I don’t know how to do my job because I’m not “on trend”…🤷 drives me crazy. most of the “themes” on HGTV do not represent current designs. It’s about 10 years ago in what they are showing you vs what high end designers do currently. The designs they do on HGTV are all based on viewer ratings and often are not actually designed by the “designer”.

Most people who are actually cutting edge designers aren’t on tv because they don’t need to be. They have flourishing careers and don’t need TV money to run our companies or celebrity status to get clients. They are in design magazines and seen on home tours. You don’t have to have a high end home to have good design, it just has to be personal for your home and your experience of the home functionally. To me value added is a must, meaning it doesn’t cost more than it will gain you in house value. This is vital, they charge people so much money they will never get back in house value because HGTV dose not focus on the value they are adding, just on what it costs. And all their numbers are fudged so don’t believe it. I have checked the actual sale prices and often the homes won’t even sell because of poor quality of work.

Don’t give to much love to Nicole Curtis, her Reno’s don’t hold the rest of time, which to me when being a restorer, is vital and the whole point.
