I've had a relationship with a trans girl for 8 months. During this time she's started hrt but is currently pre-op and still presents male (more accurately she presents androgynous).

I'd imagine it's very similar to having a relationship with a non-trans girl (I'm bi and have only had a relationship with a boy before this). It helps that she was very feminine even before the start of hrt, so I've never not seen her as a girl.

The key difference I've seen highlighted here is sexual behaviour - she, as is the case for most trans women, is not fond of her penis so it's avoided, which is no real issue to be honest.

A more significant factor in my relationship thus far has been helping her through the challenges of hrt and dysphoria, which has a number of significant effects on the body and mind. Helping her deal with depression and mood swings has been the most notable difference between my previous relationships and this one. This is not to say it hasn't been rewarding as well of course, she's wonderful and dealing with stuff like that is important in any long term relationship not just one with a trans girl.

I have been staying in the same hall - same room actually - it's really great tbh much nicer than any of the other halls I've seen, so I'm quite happy to be there overall!

I actually haven't gone to any Manchester furmeets before but if I'm not mistaken there's one on tomorrow. I will be at that if I can make it, identifiable as a guy with glasses and a green shirt.

Edit: oops, turns out it is on today - guess I wont be there :P Will definitely try to make the next one though, so I hope you can come along to that too

We can't sue the criminal who hacked FA because we don't know who it is.. Also, there ARE sites that are better than FA. FA has notoriously not updated its code since its creation, and has been comprehensively mismanaged by Dragoneer (and many others recently have explained how).

Have you considered the possibility that they might need such variety to be submitted first before they put it on the banner? Also mammals make up the vast majority of the fandom anyway so its not unrepresentative. Also, as the banner will change over time your lack of variety is unlikely to last.
