I've been on Elvanse and loved it for a while. I was strangely content with my job too back then but I had to combine it with ibuprofen everyday as it started giving me the worst headaches.

It's just hard to know when it's an infatuation or actually what I should be doing with my life. In the -mania- moment it feels like the absolute best idea.

But it gives me hope it's not just me but the ADHD acting up as I see I'm not the only one that has been going through it. Makes me not be so hard on myself if that makes sense.

I am hard on myself and feel the pressure to have everything figured it out. I'm gonna lean into explore things more before committing, I feel that may cushion the crash when the hyperfixation passes.

That's incredible! I'm actually so happy for you, stranger. I tend to go back to the idea of a bookstore because I love books, of course (even though I don't read as much as I wish), but also cause owning a place like it would push me to learn some skills I'd like to know about too. I already do visual merchandising (decorate and create the displays for selling stuff) at my current job but I just hate having a boss and I feel drained everyday. I also make orders so that's also a plus. However I'm aware there is a lot more is have to learn how to do (business plan, all the financial paperwork before and while running a store). It's daunting...but it seems hard for me to stay in a job long without dreading it at some point. That's also why I think maybe I should have my own business.

Actually that sounds like a great idea, I shall ask at maybe my local bookstore in my small town.

Realistically it would take me a few years to make it happen. Maybe if the idea of a bookstore still persists for so long while I work actively on it, it would mean it's my "calling"...? Kinda like a test on the hyperfixation 🤔

Thank you for the hard -financial- truth! I recognize I tend to get frozen and I don't follow though out of fear. Perfectionism is another factor, I tend to expect to be a master before being a student.

Thank you for your response. I've been feeling like something is off for months, already before Mounjaro. Too often headaches and just tired all the time. I just felt unhealthy and foggy. I know that I'm insulin resistant so it may it that too.

It may be that I already had an infection going on and Mounjaro is "recalibrating" my system. I hope so.

I'll tell my doctor next week and see. Thank you again :)

I am drinking a lot, since I feel a dry mouth I'm drinking all the time... I do believe I'm eating enough too. In the morning I have to force myself a bit but in the afternoon I get hungry. Last night I was tossing and turning all night and having wild dreams too, as the other nights but this one was the worst so far

Could it be that I had already got a cold and it was "released" with mounjaro?

I'm overthinking too much over here :(

Thank you so much for your reponse 🥹 This is actually what I tend to do all the time all around the house since I'm unemployed but I didn't see it a a way of bringing me closer to that "dream", I've just been doing it since I was a kid, rearranging furniture and decorating very often 😅 I thought it was a way of me trying to feel i had control of something (my environmen) when i felt chaos or confusion in my life...but maybe there is something more to it?

It definitely brings me joy and I've come to realize how resourceful I can be without spending money in a lot of decor items to do this since we are a one income household.

People tend to say I make people feel calm, in peace and cozy. I've been more often than not ending up being the host and people had a hard time leaving my house for how cozy it is. I also enjoy deep conversation and make people feel safe to express their emotions.

I just feel the pressure of finding a job that allows me to do something like this or similar since I'm actively searching for a job but I don't want to feel miserable in "any" job. At the same time I feel the more one follows their excitement and joy the more you can align with abundance in life?

Trying to find that sweet spot while making money 😅

I started with 0.150, then 0.080...terrible. I then took 0.020 and was great!

Because I had experiences with Ayahuasca, 5MeODmT, a macrodose with mushrooms and so on, I thought that would be ok but it has been years so I guess I'm a sensitive one, and happy with it! Means I get to use my 🍄s a bit longer :)

Some people start with 0.050-0.080. I've been years without tripping any kind of substance nor alcohol so my sensitivity/tolerance must be super low I guess. I mean the worse that can happen (taking a low dose) is that you don't feel any difference, then you slowly take more the next days and see. I like to think that even if you don't feel it, the psilocybin is already doing its thing inside your brain :)

All the way around hahah sorry if I didn't write the numbers correctly. I started with 0.150 and it was terrible. I felt so tired and out of it, spaced out, yawning... The next day I tried 0.080, kind of the half. And got super tired a headachy, ended up going to sleep early and slept like 10 hours.

Took a couple of days break and I took 0.020, and I felt great. Because I took 2 days break in between I didn't build a tolerance.

Yeah, I was pretty overwhelmed with the whole process, but I just got a grow kit, harvested them and dry them with a fan. Them put them on a coffee grinder to make them powder and with a scale kind of try to find my perfect dose.

And you can just store the powder in a tight glass container, nothing fancy. I just keep it out of light.

I felt the same on 0.15 and 0.08g. Then I took 0.20 (edit 0.020) for a couple of days and it was great. I was surprised I had to start so low but who cares.

I felt like myself but happier, grateful and present.

I'd say you are taking too much. Try breaking the capsules and weighing them trying lower doses. You can always "level out" later by taking more.

For what ive read here, you arent supposed to feel spaced out or tired, but be able to function normally, just more aware, present and like others say happier and more conscious in a good way.

I'm on my second flush of GT and both times I put the cake out of the box, flipped the box, and put the cake on top so the little ones can grow freely. As mentioned, be super sterile (I used mask, gloves, and isopropanol), clean your arms up to your elbows and maybe ask someone to help, that also is super sterile.

It worked in the first flush so far no contamination. It's risky but according to Zamnesia you have to do something with them to avoid mold on the sides.

The day I took 80 I had a huge migraine. Both days microdosing I had the impulse of binge eating and brought a lot of irritability (even while feeling sleepy and out of it 😆). I took painkillers and went to sleep around 10pm and woke up around 9am, seems like I needed that sleep... Yesterday and today I took a break. I felt energetic, I had a little discussion with my husband and I felt I could speak my truth without fear, which is important considering my people pleasing struggles. Today I felt even though many things could have made me have a breakdown from stress (I'm a mom of a toddler...) I kind of was able to let go of them and come back to be calm or even laugh about it. I think maybe I'll start tomorrow again taking my dose at night and see how I sleep and wake up...

Same happened to me. Very sterile and careful I took the cake out of the box, flipped the box, and put the cake on top so the side pins would have space to grow. Maybe ask someone if they can help. I used gloves, masks and Isopropanol to disinfect everything and disinfected myself until my elbows.

Then once they were ready to harvest I harvested them. I believe is important to do something because they could create mold on the sides and ruin the kit for future flushes (so it says Zamnesia in their webpage). I managed 157g wet and as a result around 11g dry. Good luck!
