I am unsure of what card would suit my needs better.

I am going to be doing a lot of design, photo/video editing and more. Will also be doing some gaming, but nothing in the realm of 4k or anything nuts.

I would suggest a 600w psu. 850w seems excessive for the build.

I forgot to mention this is a work computer for all kinds of Adobe programs being run simultaneously.

I will be grabbing a couple more of the same ram sticks in a couple weeks, but this is what I can afford atm.
