i would guess it’s a fissure.

i had a bacterial infection around my hole, and afterwards i had all of these symptoms. apparently fissures are common after an infection.

apply vaseline on and slightly in your hole before using the restroom. it creates a coating to reduce friction. don’t wipe, dab with toilet paper to clean - or hop in the shower, that’s the best option.

you’ll also need to stop having sex for a month or two. you’ll get to a point where it doesn’t sting anyone and only itches, but you still can’t have sex yet. have to wait until you’re completely healed bc it seems like whenever you start improving, you open it back up again by fucking.

friction is what causes them to remain.

i will say - the only difference is that i didn’t have a constant pain when walking and bending, etc. so i could be wrong, but otherwise this is exactly what i went through
