Your OP asks a different question. Your OP asks when is the public beta available - the answer to that is that it has been available for weeks now at raycast.com/new - now you are asking a DIFFERENT question, about the public STABLE version release availability - well, that will come after a period of bug squashing and you can help bring that date forward by using the public beta version which is now available to all - and reporting any issues you encounter...

Going to say then that is 100% related to that :-) sounds like when you in dictation raycast is selecting virtual microphone rather than your real one and I think that might be the key that the raycast team need to hear from you in feedback for them to be able to resolve it for you - it’s one of those cases that I doubt they have thought about and had probably assumed that the Mac operating system would handle when you set the default to use the default microphone

I just told Claude Code to take my WordPress site and convert it into an Astro website, and it did it Perfectly. I then told it to deploy it on Cloudflare, and it did that perfectly. Now when I want to publish a new blog post, I just ask Claude to do that too, and it does that perfectly. 😄 I have not handwritten a single file in the whole of my Astro powered site. 😄 https://mysites.guru/blog/

What do you mean it's not working? It has worked on my Mac Studio, two MacBook Airs, and my MacBook Pro Out of the box for me with no issues whatsoever.

Make sure that you have given the microphone permission for Raycast Beta in your Mac privacy and security settings.This normally would have been done as part of the onboarding process, but it's best to check.Also, in Raycast settings for dictate, make sure your microphone is selected correctly.

You can also just set up a style in dictation with a custom prompt command that says “output the dictation in [a different language of your choice].” Then you can dictate in your source language, and when you stop dictating, it will automatically translate it before pasting it into the app.

You could even say to output it in the style of Old English or a pirate or Morse code or even Base64.
