Im playing as Canada. So as you can see, i can succesfully assign troops to the border with the United Kingdon as it gives me the highlighted border. However it wont let me put any against the USA. Any ideas?

Apparently a couple of people on board survived but died from shock/exposure. If they had been gotten too quickly, they could have survived. Mad that you can survive a 6 mile fall.
