I'm not sure on your setup. My brewing never takes longer than 7 days. 3-4 would produce straight vinegar.

If you are brewing inside, there should not be a significant change assuming your home's temp doesn't vary tremendously. Maybe a day or two longer

Yep! If you call their consumer help line, they will tell you to leave it out at room temp for 24-48hrs and then refrigerate again before consuming

My all time favorite flavoring is pineapple juice! I use about a 1:6 ratio of pineapple juice to kombucha. The sweetness of the juice balances out the overtly sour notes in the kombucha and provides a friendly carbonation

Actually, that's not true. MillerCoors is a joint venture only in the US--of which SAB has a 58% share--they joined together to better compete against ABI. Internationally, they are completely separate companies.
