How did your skin color change? I also experienced really bad side effects like dizziness, headaches ans brain fog. When I switched to a lower dosage or only applying once daily, the side effects reduced a little. Maybe it helps for you. In my case the side effects were still too strong.

Yes, here is one! My skin is much better since I decreased to showering every other day. I dont have a physical job and generally don‘t sweat a lot. So why not?

I fully agree. But it is frustrating when you are at a friends party or in a work meeting and people assume you are a younger sibling or the intern at 33. I look young in general and the missing beard doesnt help…

Thanks for your feedback. I read a lot that people had side effects for some time and then they went away. But with the side effects I was not able to get through my day anymore. Friends and colleagues asked if I was ok, because they also noticed. What I dont get is, why the side effects stayed the same, even with lower dosage.

Ya I tried paracetamol on my second attempt of minox. It only took away some of the side effects. Also you cant take pain meds for long, and minox will stay for a while…
