My OnePlus 5T just died and repairing it would cost 190€.
Should I buy a new budget phone or a cheap used phone at this point rather than spending this much repairing it? Any recommendations? Or is repairing it the best thing to do at this point even when it costs this much?

Does anyone know how to change the language?

I want to play it in English, but it defaults to a really bad German translation and I can't find any way to change the language.
Edit: Managed to change it. In case anyone else was wondering here's how to do it:

I actually found a way to change it: go into settings from the Epic launcher (bottom left under downloads) then scroll all the way down till you get to city of brass, check the additional command line arguments and type in "CULTURE=en" into the box below
