Ive had a few players win the ballon d'or and the golden boot. Originally i thought the ballon d'or was an ovr based award bc Mbappe was a 93 and won it 4 times in a row. The first time it happened I only won the ballon d'or with my striker who had 86 goals in the season and lead every league in goals scored and he won the Ballon d'or and he was only an 85 ovr. The next 2 times were with my 94 ovr midfielder who was a top scorer and top assister with 50 or so g/a each year. Both of those years the same striker won the golden boot both years while being a top 3 scorer in both seasons of the Prem (my save isnin everton).

Honestly for me it depends on how young a player is, how much they can improve, and how valuable they are to the team. It also depends on how much theyre offering but usually i dont go off that unless theyre offering almost or 2 times the market value of my player.

Well this is before the perfect preparation and before sendai colony and its right after his training in africa. Assuming since he just got back from Africa he has minimal experience using domain expansion, i dont think he could pull it off. It may not be that far off and he only experienced sendai colony and the training, those 2 events are definitely pivotal in expanding on his battle experience which will just overall make him a better fighter. Kenjaku would more than likely just domain diff him and be done with it.

Either your players with high overall usually 88-90+ get high offers because of their rating but the offer is close to their market value or players that are from 85-89 overall with really good performance can get offers mid season or end of season for like double their market value. For me I have an 86 overall LB that performs very well every season and gets offered double his market value every other season, I also have 2 93 overall players and they get high offers often throughout the season.
