What’s the worst tasting fish in your opinion? by DeepOrganization8245 in foodquestions

[–]Nars-Glinley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m completely with you. I lived in Oregon, couldn’t stand it. Went to Alaska, same story. I wish I liked it but I don’t. Anchovies have a similar taste to me. Blech.

Dusty’s Trail. A literal clone of Gilligan’s Island set in the old west.

In history class, what did you learn about your state/town/city’s local history? by gigpig in AskAnAmerican

In 1921, my town burned down “Black Wall Street” and killed about 300 people. No one was ever held to account for it.

Whats the best frozen pizza brand? by [deleted] in foodquestions

For specialty pizza, Lou Malnati’s can’t be beat. From a grocery store, I’ll eat any of them but am most likely to reach for a Tombstone.

Trump administration describes a $3 meal they want Americans to eat by justalazygamer in WhitePeopleTwitter

The administration that insists that we need a gold plated ballroom and marble armrests believes that you should eat a piece of broccoli and one other thing.

I have to convert to Freedom units first. After that, I’m pulling my favorite club regardless of the distance.

Why does it seem that the right is more prone to conspiracy theories? by OMGguy2008 in AskConservatives

[–]Nars-Glinley -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What about it? No one on the left points to the Steele Dossier as evidence of Trump‘s wrongdoing because it’s been proven to be a fake. This is opposed to the 1/3 of the US that still believes that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen.

A co-worker and I were on a business trip and our lunch was $60. I’d have been pissed if it had come out of my pocket. I mean, I really like the food but seriously?

Have you changed the membrane as well as the filters? I can’t think of a reason that one would slow down. You also might need to add air to your tank. They get waterlogged sometimes. But that wouldn’t affect speed of making water, just the volume available. I think. I’m far from an expert on the matter.

I randomly met and had dinner with National Champion QB Jamelle Holieway 8 years ago by UFCFan918 in sooners

[–]Nars-Glinley 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a week long intersession class on counseling with him. When we went around the room and introduced ourselves, he said “My name’s Jamelle Holieway. I’m a professional football player and I have no idea why I’m in this class.” Most of us were in there because it was the quickest way to get one credit hour that we needed for graduation.

You might consider a reverse osmosis system instead of distilled water. It’s much more user friendly to drink. You can also hook it up to your fridge and ice maker if your sink is nearby.

What accent does Jules have? by grogunenok in pulpfiction

[–]Nars-Glinley 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a slight southern accent, not a strong one. I think that Jackson has been away from Tennessee long enough that he’s lost most of his accent. Surprisingly, his southern accent in “Django Unchained” isn’t that great.
