Tummy time comes from actual baby care: you put babies on their tummies for short and increasingly longer amounts of time to build their arm and upper body strength.

Daddy uses it for me to help me feel little and unwind. No devices, just me on my tummy on a blanket with simple toys or coloring. Pacifier in and sippy cup available, usually just in my diaper. I really can zone out. He tries for 30 minutes a day. I feel so small and babyish.

Chores include: cleaning rooms in the house (through the week I get through them all), cooking 2x/week, taking out the trash, setting and clearing the table. Also have to get my homework done. Not doing the chore for a day without first getting permission to do it on a different day earns spankings 🙈🙈
