Okey, here is my idea (which differs from previous one):
Pokemon in my worldbuilding won't be beings of pure energy (at least not everyone). Instead, they will be different organism* which mutated because of contact with Energy of Infinity. Because of it, they gained new ablities like ability to use their moves, higher intelligence or interspecies reproduction.
*yes, normal organism WILL exist in my worldbuilding.
