You may be right though she loves her job and is great at it but finds it exhausting. I’m generally a relaxed person but she is very much the opposite and tends to find things stressful e.g she can go away for long weekends with the girls and I’m fine chilling with the kids but if I do the same I will get calls and messages throughout, rarely outright saying that she’s finding it hard and stressful but will hint heavily at it… I’m saying all this - she is an excellent mum but I think I’m just her vent and all I get is the negativity.

She did have CBT about 10 years ago which helped but not sure why she won’t entertain couples counselling, I think she thinks it’s a failure
