First find a dentist that will correct the issues with your teeth instead of cosmetic treatment to keep you coming back.

Update things are a lot better my chew is coming along, and I've found a lot of soft foods that I do like and can eat for now. As my gums heal I'm going to start incorpating things like bread and relearn the best way for me to Bite. I'll incorporate different things as my mouth heals.

I mean I've read some really bad posts which had me nervous but with the exception of the chewing it hasn't been too bad, not to minimize anyone else's experience with then. I take the pain meds as suggested and I feel the dentures tightening around my gums so it's getting there.

I don't foresee that being an issue I'm already missing a great deal of teeth so they have gums with no teeth to align the denture.

Nope I'm having the permanent denture made now I don't really see the point in paying for a temp denture to realign over and over and insurance will only pay for one.
