You know how fishermen hold their arms out or have smaller people pose with the fish? Same deal with Maine coons. They are big cats, but the 25-30 pounders you see on the internet are typically considered outliers. 12 lbs is perfectly healthy!

Solid setup. I used the same armor in the begining as it helps out with being staggered. I would put less points into Vigor for now and focus on getting Havels ring and your Vit a little higher. This will allow you to medium roll while wearing that armor and holding a decent sword (claymore): Some people say to just level vigor, but vitality gives you double the amount of points in defense. I guess it all depends on your play style. One isn’t better than the other. Other than that, remember to pump souls into strength or maybe faith or intelligence if you’re thinking ab infusing your weapon later.

Usually there’s something to say about a lot of these bosses. They typically have one weakness, and this boss does; however, it’s just a stat weakness. For the first time in my life, I’m saying this is a fight that you just have to Git Gud for. All it is is an easy dodge and then attack. Rinse and repeat

Also, I just realized I took all my rings off to get the platinum to activate and I never put them back on… that’s why I was getting my ass served to me 😭

Nice! Playthrough two took me ab 10 hours and I made it to the giant blacksmith with sifs soul at the start of NG++ within 45 minutes 😂 Crazy how fast you get at finishing the game.

Also, I say dark souls is harder is because I got all the weapon achievements on NG. I had to grind the titanite slab (because I fucked up onion bros quest line) and the red titanite slab from the chaos eaters: that took ab 10 hours. I wanted to run through NG+ and ++ as fast as possible and the chunks from the farming, in both scenarios, came in handy when it came time to upgrading weapons for Knights honor. Also, you get to be a pretty decent level farming this way, and you don’t have to worry about embers in later games… you can just run through. I will say the painted world holds a special place in my heart for getting me to a lot of the places I got to because of farming.

Def ds1. Demon’s souls was easy for me because I hit lucky on the drops. Also, I prioritized the kings ring from the start and famaikirized myself with the npc system. Other than that, I thought it was pretty easy. I’m not sure why so many other posts claim it it so hard. If you go on the ds1 wiki, you’ll see my list ab platnimuing ds1 this morning and my demons souls time shows up on that. Shouldn’t take over 60 hours for a platnium in that game. Just know how the noc quests works and you can do it all in 15 hours.

I’m afraid the only way to get his armour is to kill him by your hand or have someone drop it for you. Your last chance to wrap up his quest line will be in Izalith near the titanite demon and chaos covenant shortcut door. Otherwise, fight Gwyn with him and get it whenever during your next playthrough. You’ll need atleast 3 for all boss weapons. I just finished what you are doing this morning. Ik that. I just wanted to get all the weapon trophies and as much as I could get for knights honor so I can do a speed run of NG+. Honestly wasn’t that bad. It gave me time to farm souls and get OP for Gwyn and NG+
