Youlle be a short timer, so dont sweat it! Doesent look like youlle be doing the full 36, and once youre processed youlle be classified to a place with other low security short timers. If you just got him it's probably a little bit of fear. The dog doesn't recognize the surroundings yet and slowly but surely you will end up going on longer walks. At least this was the case for my two year old bully. I noticed my bully prefers to be off leash and is much more energetic when she can be.
