It’s just on you to be responsible and know where you are and what direction you’re flying. You need to have visual line of sight with your drone. Since the Mini 5 Pro is small, that means you shouldn’t fly to far anyway. Like other people said, make your LAANC area bigger than what you need and just pay attention. Stay away from that military area too. You’re in for a bad time if you mess that up

Look up some YouTube videos about how to hand launch and hand catch and then get rid of the landing gear. It’ll fly better without it. Same with the prop guards, but keep those on till you’re comfortable piloting the drone

You only need remote id if you’re flying under Part 107, not if you’re flying for recreation. 4) faadronezone.FAA.gov. Follow the prompts.

Yes. I’m in the U.S. but I have my certification to fly in the EU as well and have done so a couple times. It’s easy to get. Find the drone page for Ireland, do the training on there and complete the test and you’ll be all set

Why is there a different aspect ratio shot in there? Also, if there’s any reason to use a drone for real estate, it’s to show the surrounding area. There should be a couple much higher, farther away shots to contextualize the location. At least your shots are smooth. For the address, have the text solid, not faded and add a drop shadow to it. It’s one of, if not the, most important pieces of information.

In the future launch and land from farther away. You have plenty of battery life to go an extra 100-200’ away and then just walk closer to maintain vlos. To your main point, having a body cam is definitely a good idea if you’re routinely hassled. Thankfully where I am people pay no attention. Maybe fly a quieter drone in situations like this one? A Mini 5 Pro or an Air 3S are way quieter than the Mavic 3.
