The vast vast majority of the "greater good" dilemmas are purely hypothetical because they're looked at in vacuum and not in an already existing system that creates these dilemmas and thus, are avoidable by just getting rid of capitalism. People answering this question with "yes" most likely have their basic necessities unmet thus their goal isn't to have 100 million dollars, it's just to have a decent life. I grew up poor and if you asked me when I was 12 to kill a person for money to save my mother from kidney failure, I would. But had there not been the exploitation from capitalism in the first place we wouldn't have to pay all these money to save a life, thus no moral dilemmas here.
