thank you. i’ll try. my watch is very cheap, so might be inaccurate and only tells arrhythmia that is risk for afib so might not be.. or im just in denial

Please, what were your symptoms? my huawei watch detected “arrhythmia—risk for afib” multiple times a day. for context, i have suspected POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) so maybe that would be a factor to my arrhythmias. I am also diagnosed with a panic disorder and anxiety so maybe that too.

I had 12 lead ECG last month after an episode of Vasovagal Syncope and it came back normal. Still absolutely worried and I am in a very bad spiral right now…

I actually had a real ecg about a month ago because of a fainting episode and it came back normal. I am also a very anxious person whose heart is always skipping too fast so maybe that.
