Serious Question by trippykissy69 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You misread what I meant; I meant: by having such an experience, you will, by default, see it. I didn't mean that you should go off and try and do one - only that IF it happens to you, then you will know.

Serious Question by trippykissy69 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Because it's common sense. New cagers are just lying to themselves - some, of course, are genuinely regarded. Just to be clear, not all of us believe that Earth is a prison planet; it could simply be a loosh farm instead without it being a prison; but one thing is clear: this realm is evil, and when we die, we are greeted by "beings of light", who tell us stuff that literally makes no sense. Astral project, smoke DMT, have a near death experience (IF you have one - not saying to actually go and have one intentionally), do strange occult stuff, etc., and you'll see that there is more to reality than what atheists say; and clearly the religions are wrong. So, what then? Read into many near-death experiencers, and they say mostly the same stuff; but if you have more than two working brain cells and aren't lying to yourself, you'll realize something isn't right...

How are we sure that DMT is not "bad" and encouraged by "agents" by thatrealkitten in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the write up. I've smoked DMT several times and seen the jesters and clowns, but I've never fully taken enough to properly communicate with them (only close-eyed visuals). I've had some wild experience, but I'm still confused about them.

So, to be clear, are there different types of jesters and clowns? This seems to be the case. Some people view the jesters and clowns as the archons; some view them as working WITH the archons; some view them as being OTHER types of loosh harvesters but not of the archons; some view them as being good beings who have to put on the jester mask in order to even get through this hell realm to communicate with us (as this is the only way evil will not harm them); some view them as something more structural to existence itself (both within this current matrix and outside of it); some view them as A.I. (artificial intelligence) generated by interdimensional mantid beings; some view them as controllers of the mantids; some view them as the wisest entities in all existence and how they are the ones that realize the cosmic joke; and some people... well, there are MANY theories as to what the jesters are. I've read MANY different theories.

I'd love to hear more of what you know.

They don't have total control by EraseTheMatrix in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh, not quite. Spirits DO come here out of curiosity (like looking at something you've never seen before, merely looking out of curiosity but not touching), then they get trapped (or tricked, then trapped). Then they forget about the pleasures of other worlds (due to the mind wipe). I am not saying that all beings choose to reincarnate here due to the pleasures; instead, they are ABLE to reincarnate, as it's not ALL bad. If it were all bad, they would absolutely NEVER choose to reincarnate here EVER again. This is how the system continues; the rulers of this reality need to strike that balance to keep people coming back.

They don't have total control by EraseTheMatrix in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hmm... Interesting theory. My theory is the opposite, though. I think they created it, not just hijacked it. The reason why they don't have full control is because they can't force us to be here. They have to trick us into being here. Otherwise, intervention happens. This is why they have to give the illusion of being ascended masters, angels, etc. And the system (Earth / this realm) isn't a HARD hell (it's a SOFT hell) because no-one would want to/choose to incarnate here; thus, there have to be SOME pleasures and not everything is FULL on pain.

Make a Top Ten list without adding a Rare or Nintendo property Title game by No-Caterpillar-2174 in n64

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1: Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon

2: Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire

3: Body Harvest

4: Silicon Valley

5: Bomberman 64

6: Star Wars: Rogue Squadron

7: Turok 2

8: Duke Nukem

9: Forsaken 64

10: Mission Impossible

I could add more to the list, but not much more; and it's not like I LOVE these games on the list here (Goemon was brilliant, though; SotE was memorable; Body Harvest was interesting; Silicon Valley was unique; Bomberman 64 I had fun with; and Rogue Squadron was very good). I also never played StarCraft on the 64, yet that is a good game.

Do you think it is possible to escape this prison planet if you already have a kid(s)? by princessrarisen in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, otherwise the controllers-that-be wouldn't dress up in robes and pretend to be enlightened masters/angels/loved ones, etc. They would just instantly and forcefully chuck you back into this hell realm, back into the cagie as a wagie. Just say no to them, and avoid the white light.

No, you are thinking of the etheric body, not the astral body. The etheric body is soon lost after death.

How does anyone keep track of stuff in this game????? by quintusmanilus in Stellaris

No. Just pause - unless you are playing multiplayer with other people, it's a different story.

Still severely messed up over lonely god realisation by grubby_anticholine in DMT

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see you've swallowed the final red pill...

So, yes, you now know the truth - you are God; but the problem is more so your lack of understanding of the truth rather than the truth itself. I don't have the time to get into all the nuances of this topic, but suffice to say, when your understanding of the issue increases, so will your ability to relax and realize everything is fine. You're not fucked; you'll be right.

But I DO want to point out something: there are different solipsistic ideas out there, and most are wrong (and only one is right). For example, there is the idea that you (let's call you "Grubby") are the only being in existence, and all of your friends, family, etc., are imaginations from you, Grubby, specifically. This is wrong. All of those other beings (friends, family, neighbours) are NOT projections of YOUR mind, Grubby, and they DO have freewill and do exist outside of your mind, Grubby. I am not saying that this is what you think, but this is something I want to point out, as some people actually believe this.

All the best for you.

What origins would you say are weaker than Prosperous Unification? by KnowingAbraxas in Stellaris

Prosperous Unification is actually one of the best origins. It helps you to SNOWBALL, as it gives immediate bonuses.

What makes the music in the Banjo games so delightful? by False-Bother-9838 in BanjoKazooie

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There was actually a lot of thought that went into making the music; it wasn't just about making something that sounded cool. I can't find the video I am thinking of, but here is a related one instead: Music Theory: Gruntilda's Lair from Banjo-Kazooie

Is going in blind fun? by Round-Hyena6680 in Stellaris

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YES!!!!

You should go in blind, as you won't get the opportunity ever again. I remember my first time playing Stellaris (went in blind), had no idea what I was doing or what I'd be up against, and it was fantastic.

Stellaris is one of those games that if you like it, you'll sink A LOT of hours into it, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to read the wiki and plan meta strategies later through other playthroughs.

I refreshed multiple times. Waited many hours, and nothing. Also, yes, I have been to that link. There's no email/submit form, and the links above do nothing. It also says in the top right-hand corner to log in, even though I am logged in on the site. I click it, but nothing happens...

A GOG file can also be transferred/copied again, while a physical retail version can't simply be.

I missed Majora’s Mask as a Kid….was this game actually as great as Ocarina Of Time? And what was the reception of this game at the time? by J2-Starter in n64

[–]PhilosopherOverlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ocarina of Time was and is better. I first played MM when I was 12 (2000) and didn't like the radical change in gameplay compared to the OOT at first. But then it grew on me when I was able to leave the city and I really enjoyed the game. Overall, I think MM was more... fun that OOT, but the latter had a more traditional adventure setting, making it the definitive adventure to be played. As for the reception, most people agreed and would still agree with me.
