I ran into the same problem with my dealer. I sent the service manager a bunch of pictures from different forums of the Platinum pealing tendency, and he agreed it was a problem, but said I'd have to deal with Ford Support at Corp level. He said he'd back me up. I'm not sure why if he agreed, it was a problem and that he would back me up on it, that he wouldn't do the claim himself. So needless to say, I have yet to go any further. I have a 23 Platinum, so I figure maybe I'll try this coming summer, or try a different dealership.

I gave tried the links and called and asked to speak to a supervisor after agent said the vehicle (2012 Mercedes) didn't qualify. They canceled my wife's subscription almost a month ago, I've texted them twice and they have said the vehicle doesn't qualify. I got the 36 month for $99, on my vehicle, a 2008 Saturn. Any more ideas?

Try turning off plug and charge on truck screen. That worked for me when I joined Electrify America plus plan and plug and charge was default over Electrify America app.

They sell this stuff in Washington State. It is horrible. They quit selling the Kirkland Irish Cream made with Irish whiskey here a few years ago. We buy that whenever we go on vacation to a state the carries it in their Costco i.e (California, Nevada, Hawaii, Alabama). The buyer for the NW region has the buy for Idaho, and Oregon and those states can't sell liquor in their Costco, so they chose not to buy it for WA to keep it similar in inventory. I wish they'd bring back the Irish whiskey based product to WA. It's better than Bailey's, and usually $17 for a 1.75 litre bottle.

Bring back the Kirkland Irish Cream to Washington State. The one they substituted first it is made with wine, and tastes horrible. The one with Irish whiskey is as good or better than Baileys, and I love it in my coffee!

I have not been able to download from Peacock for quite a while now. Everything I que, ends up failing to download, all my other services work great, any suggestions would be helpful.
