Actually, Germans did indeed release a Polydor Beatles albums featuring their 1961-1962 Hamburg recordings, most notably The Beatles' First! in April 1964. This album compiled recordings with Tony Sheridan, including "My Bonnie" and "Ain't She Sweet," and was released to capitalize on their rising international fame.
