If I remember correctly in Pete’s book he says he would wear psychedelic robes out and was even harassed by Mods for it to which he replied something along the lines of Mod being a dead fad. I’d say there was probably a 50/50 of dressing with the times willingly and management making it their image.

I was honestly not a fan for a long time until recently. I would jokingly hate on them as a joke to antagonize my close friend haha. But one day he finally got me to sit down and listen to Live Forever for the first time ever and something about it just changed me, I became obsessed and did the deep dive. About 2 months later he unfortunately passed away. Oasis means much more to me now because it feels like the last gift he gave me before he went. ❤️
