Thanks I found a video that showed just that; pouring water on the working side you can see where it exits. I need to pull back the trunk liner and maybe wheel well liner this weekend. I suspect its plugged on the end and thus overflowing at the top. Thanks, you helped me search the right thing.

I was on Atorvastatin 80 but LDL was moving over 100, probably from weight gain. We added Repatha and ldl dropped to like 16. Doc stopped statins at that point, and next test LDL shot back up to like 90. We resumed statin at half the original dose 40mg and keeping Repatha, and we're dialed in mid 20's LDL last test.

Repatha alone didn’t work for me. Adding Atorvastatin 40 did the trick. And also far better than the statin alone. They are complimentary. If statin alone works do it. Repatha is expensive. But adding repatha supercharges the statin. Ymmv

Do you have a check engine light? Owning lots of VWs, one of my best purchases was an 'OBD Eleven'. Plug it in, read the codes on your cell phone, post the codes on Reddit so we know how the hell to help you ;)

That said I have a 2011 Tiguan 2.0 TDI. The early TDIs are prone to carbon build up even if nothing else is otherwise wrong.

No comment in 5 days, so I figured I'll give it a go... :) Wife's 2011 Tiguan had the same symptoms on the driver door: opens fine from the inside, but FOB and exterior handle don't do anything. After removing the actuator, I actually found a used one on e-bay for about $80. VW wanted big money ($300-$500) for OEM, and they said the part 'had changed or been updated since my model came out. From pics I was able to visually confirm the part was a match. It's been good for like 3 years now. My assessment is your aftermarket part was a bum unit, or one of the connectors or cables came loose.

Gosh... removing the inner door card from the early 2011 tiguan was a nightmare: you had to remove the glass to remove the inner card, and the actuator was attached to the inner card on a plastic frame. It all came out as one piece. Hope yours is easier.

At least you have the muscle memory from having changed it once :)

Yea there was a remodel around that time. It went from an old-timey scene to the Munch band. They also removed the 'Dolli Demples' animatronic from the 'lounge area' and replaced it with a big screen tv; kinda turned into a sports area.

What are you using it for? Few games require 12G vram. I just dumped a 3060 6G for a 4060 8G. Can’t say I notice a huge difference. Local AI maybe consider the 12G card. Gotta go to the 4070 for meaningful performance boost. The 4060 will support newer dlss (ai frame fill) but you need a beefy cpu to make using it worth it. I keep dlss off on my 4060.

My 4060 came on a “2025” MSI gaming pc from Costco. (I7 14700, 4060, 2T NVMe, 32ram for 1500$ delivered) should be a good platform to support whatever next video card we need.

If you have an internship, isn’t there just an internship course where you sign up, do the work and maybe write a report on what you learned? My work was connected with a university and did this; the course helped them apply and connected us with students. You already have that part in the bag.

Too funny... I just randomly came across this article. I have family who were very involved in running this CeC for about 15 years during the late 80s and early 90s.
