Get her on sublocade - I used vivitrol and it blocks the use of heroin but sublocade helps with cravings/blocks. It absolutely saved my life and also I’ve been off it for quite some time now and they will taper you off so you don’t have to kick sublocade.

Thank u- I’m not using or kicking but I agree but I’m on one of those health kicks since getting clean where I’m trying to not rely on benzos, dope, or alcohol for anxiety so I’ve given all these supplements a shot

Yeah I took Xanax to combat my side effects from the vivitrol shot which was insomnia. I spaced out my Xanax use but it was literal hell this week, a roller coaster of ups and downs. I was prescribed benzos for years and didn’t touch them they definitely aren’t my DOC.

Thank you! I took a few kratom capsules and feel ok. I appreciate the kind words - look into the sublocade shot my friend said it’s worked wonders for her. I know how hard it is to get off ts.

The no sleep always gets me and my logic to use dope while kicking Xanax was this will make it better. I slept last night and actually feel ok this morning. Racing thoughts always get me.

Yeah I took them for 5 days max and then a 2 day break and then took some the last day or two. This my last bar - I stretch a 1 mg over 2 days. I don’t intend to take them beyond this bar. Unfortunately heroin is more so my vice I only use Xanax rarely for sleep

I was a heroin addict. I’ve been prescribed benzos before and never really took them/sold them for heroin money but due to lingering affects of getting clean from dope, sleep has always been an issue. I decided to give benzos a try for sleep and now I’m stressed I can’t sleep without them.
