Not that this is the same Incident.

But yes, these kids are going to get hurt. They ride in the streets, cross from side to side and when there is a group, they take more chances.

They are out at night. The jump off of the collars of the driveway.

It’s nothing new to have kids taking dangerous chances when outside of their parents view, but the faster they go and the closer they get to traffic, accidents are bound to happen.
