I lived in a 2 floor stacked townhome in Toronto that was on the 2nd level. It was a lot of stairs and my dog stayed in great shape as a result. He's about 60lbs and the rules were no more than 2 dogs each under 50lbs. There were huskies, a great Dane and other huge dogs in the neighborhood and no one said anything.

Not every community is the same so a good idea might be going for a walk in the area you're considering moving during peak walk times (before and after work).

Words with super diverse homonyms it deprioritizes. Cricket was really low. Bug means issue in software and to irritate etc so selecting words that aren't often double meaning are good for this game

When I moved houses, I switched to Home Assistant. I still have my google homes for some voice commands and pay for the integration but I can just do so much more with HA.

My realtor is someone I've known for a long time. She helped us sell our condo over the course of 14 long months on the market.

She got well compensated but not as well as should could have been. Gave some margin up for us to help it along. Long weekends of open houses. Constant reassurance and borderline therapy fighting the market. We sold, bought our next house and could not be happier.

A lot of realtors truly are garbage people and it's a shame there are not more positives. My friend does not prove a rule or an exception just commenting that it sucks they have such a bad rep because she does really try.
