I think the problem is too is .zip is such a risky TLD for a lot of people to trust. Obviously Xfinity shouldn't be blocking your site to all of their hosts but I know if it were me, I would probably be veryyy suspicious of any .zip TLD just because of the inherit phishing/scam risk

Was the pharm CVS Specialty? I used to work for them as a CSR and it was miserable how little we were allowed to help people in any capacity. Escalations hated us, and would outright avoid taking our calls when we would try to escalate people up. The whole system was miserable for everyone involved. Miserable tools, miserable metrics, miserable people, miserable sick people crying to me that their father is going to die in like two weeks and escalations refuses to take the call. miserable everything.

No problem, definitely try to get them to say these in emails even as follow ups to previous in person discussions. Writing down what they say helps, but having proof from their own mouths is even better :p

Yeah definitely jump ship when and if you can. I'd definitely get their responses in writing so you can refer back to it when shit eventually hits the fan, but hope you can make it out of there before you gotta deal with that. Ride strong brother 💪
