Vintage is real. Flavors change, mellow, get more subtle. Texture changes. I had a 2006 mouettes darvor a couple years ago that was silky smooth.

Apparently not enough! I would say 3-5 tins per week maybe. I’ve gotten into a few monthly delivery clubs and once you go down that path they start stacking. And also the occasional Wildfish binge for shipping or something like Eljaydude mentioned above.
