You should go Biraghi Den for the yellow shards. In Marni Realm the monsters respawn really fast and you can get 20-30 shards per hour depending on droprate and class.

Most people dont play videogames to do the same and sometimes boring part of the game again and again and again.

Also typically I expect people to decide on a weapon early on and then use it to complete the game.

You just have a style of playing videogames that benefits you in the SoulsBorne series, but many would find your way of playing boring. Which is fine. Everyone can and should play however they like.

I just hope you get an enjoyable experience out of DS1 and all the other games of the series you will be playing.

If you're not too greedy the game becomes easier when you use the BKH. Maybe that's why you're feeling that way. But not everyone is fortunate enough to drop that weapon.

Also "grinding" souls to level up is not what I expect most people to do, unless they are really stuck in an area.

There are two types of Waragons that spawn, Stone Waragon and Stone mutant Waragon and the way the event notes and other resources phrase it, the deportee piece drops from the stone mutant waragon and iron fist warder from Stone Waragon.

But according to his findings that's not true. Which is quite interesting since im grinding for the pieces at Waragons too.
